STRIKIN offers a curated blend of sports, dining, and entertainment experiences. Use of our
facilities and website is subject to these Terms and any additional guidelines shared at the
time of booking or entry.
● Users under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
● STRIKIN reserves the right to update, change, or discontinue any service without

2. Bookings & Payments

● STRIKIN reserves the right to withhold service for late arrivals or no-shows.

● Misuse of equipment, unruly behaviour, or actions compromising safety may result in
removal from the premises.

4. Liability & Safety

risk.
● STRIKIN is not liable for any injuries or damages caused by misuse or
non-compliance with safety instructions.

5. Personal Belongings
Please take care of your personal items. STRIKIN is not responsible for lost, stolen, or
unattended belongings.

6. Intellectual Property
All branding, visuals, content, and assets used across STRIKIN’s website and venue are the
property of STRIKIN and may not be used or reproduced without written consent.

7. Online Conduct
Use of STRIKIN’s digital platforms must comply with all applicable laws.
● Malicious use, spamming, or attempts to breach our systems will result in termination
of access and potential legal action.

8. Data & Privacy
Use of STRIKIN services implies consent to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how personal
information is collected and used.

9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.
